Planned Services
Cleveland Compressed Air Services provides servicing to over 1,000 rotary screw air compressors thoughout Western Australia.
Our services department is available for planned preventative maintenance on all types of air compressors, dryers and filtration.
The sizes of these units range from 4-220kW with brands including Atlas Copco, ABAC, Ingersoll Rand, Compair, Champion, Kaeser and Sullair.
Most of the associated equipment are routinely serviced on our Service Agreement Plan. Services are pre-booked at an agreed price.
Breakdown Servicing
For breakdowns, we have staff ready and capable to get the situation fixed immediately. Our engineers are experienced and knowledgable about all aspects of breakdowns and we understand the costs involved with not having operational machinery.
24 Hour Callout
For emergencies and breakdowns, our service department are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day providing around-the-clock protection and peace of mind for your business.
Condition Monitoring
We offer a condition monitoring service which will assessthe condition of your air compressor and system.
Bearing Monitoring
Utilising our bearing monitoring equipment and oil sampling to help predict any foreseeable faults and cut down any expensive non planned stoppages.
We also carry out preventative maintenance on compressed air dryers and filtration, being the W.A distributor of Domnick Hunter, we have the backup of one of the worlds largest compressed air treatment company.
